Let's face it - generating clients can be really, really difficult.
Unless you have a substantial marketing budget, attracting new clients into your business can feel like an uphill battle.
It does NOT have to be this way though. Why? Because we live in the 21st century! There is absolutely no reason you shouldn't have a long list of people looking to hire you with the tools at your disposal.
The secret to generating leads & clients for free is in a little thing called Facebook Live, LinkedIn Video and YouTube. Together we'll call the Triumvirate of Video. Or ToV for short.
If today were 1975, the ToV would essentially be like having your very own channel on television. Except that you don't need to pay an arm and a leg to have someone produce the "show" for you.
Every time you post on the ToV, you reach many, many people who will all spend their time watching your "show".
Think about that for a second. Back in the day companies would spend tens of thousands of dollars to get even a minuscule amount of airtime. Today you can have that for FREE.
So the question becomes, what do you put on your "show"? You're busy running a company, you don't have the time or money to execute an expensive production.
The answer is pretty dang simple: you simply do a Facebook Live at the beginning, middle and end of a project and just describe what you see. Then, you post that Facebook Live to YouTube and LinkedIn.
You don't need to spend time worrying about "coming up with content". The content is right there in front of you, and you're doing it anyways.
Don't have a "project" you can walk through? That's not a problem. If you're a realtor, for example, just screen-cast the process you take to find a client a home. That's your content!
And that's just step one.
If you really, REALLY want to take your "show" to the next level you can use that content to run Facebook Ads, geo-fencing the area you'd like to get new clients and running daisy-chained content to deeply engage with the people in that area who's behavior indicates that they would benefit from and be interested in your service.
Of course there are companies out there, like ours at Get Clients Quick, who can help you with this process, so you don't need to go it alone.
What's most important is that you just do it. Next time you go to a client's project, ask for their permission to video tape, whip your phone out and start talking. It's that simple!
